DO NOT GO HERE. I ordered a part for my car and they had the wrong part, wrong car model, and wrong car year... How does that even happen!? Then I called to tell them I'm coming in and they said they would keep their doors open and when I drove all the way there there doors were closed.

I like AAP because you can easily save a lot of money on parts by buying online with a promo code and then choosing in store pickup. However, when I came in today to pick up a car battery that I saved $40 on because of a promo code, I made the mistake of having a cashier install the battery for me.I'm good at doing car repairs myself, but I decided to let a cashier do it simply because it was a free service. The cashier definitely wasn't knowledgeable with doing repairs because he snapped a bolt right off that's for my battery bracket. He should of tightened the bolt a tiny bit before trying to loosen it, but he didn't do that. Now, my battery isn't secure in its position, and it'll be difficult to get the rest of the broken bolt out of the hole it's in, which I have to deal with myself. I'll still use AAP because their prices are unbeatable with their online promo codes, but I'll never again let one of their employees do anything on my car.

I called because I left my ID at the store, the person who answered said that I was a fool for leaving there. Then when I told him I did not appreciate it he decided to try to defend himself and say he never said that. I asked to talk to the manager and he said he was the manager
